  • Artisanal Variance: D29:5MA footwear is individually hand-crafted from premium, natural full-grain leathers and calfskins. You acknowledge that minor visual differences, organic hide markings, natural skin grain variations, shifting vein lines, and minor tonal dye lot variances are normal characteristics of bespoke luxury leatherwork and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
  • Sizing Accountability: While we provide video instruction, digital sizing templates and fit guidance, the ultimate legal liability for providing correct measurements and selecting the final boot size rests entirely with the buyer. D29:5MA cannot guarantee an accurate fit based on remote customer measurements and will not issue standard change-of-mind refunds for sizing layout errors made by the customer.

4. Service Modifications, Discontinuations & Pricing Rules

Prices for our handcrafted lines are subject to market adjustments without prior notice due to international leather trade fluctuations and cross-border transport overhead. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate any collection design or custom builder function at our sole discretion. D29:5MA shall not be held liable to you or any third-party gateway for adjustments, price shifts, or item discontinuations.

We reserve the right to limit or reject sales of our custom footprints to any individual, geographic area, or specialized legal jurisdiction. To protect our artisans against payment fraud, we reserve the right to cancel orders that trigger high-risk fraud alerts within our merchant processing systems (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) unless secondary identity verification is provided by the buyer upon request.

  • Production Deadlines: Changes, updates, or voluntary cancellations to orders are permitted only before physical leather cutting and production begin in our South Korean workshop. Once an item enters active production, it cannot be canceled due to a simple change of mind.
  • Defect Guarantee: While custom-made pieces are final sale, D29:5MA fully guarantees a replacement or 100% refund if the product arrives physically damaged, materially defective, or completely incorrect relative to your digital order specs. To claim a defect replacement, you must email your order summary along with clear photos of the issue to info@d295ma.com within seven (7) calendar days of carrier-verified delivery.
