1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Korea EMS to ensure reliable and trackable international delivery. A signature is required upon receipt to confirm delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to most countries. In some regions delivery may be restricted or delayed due to local customs regulations or postal service limitations. Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable address.

3. Shipping Fees & Import Duties

We offer clear, product-specific shipping rates applied automatically at checkout based on our collections:

• Handcrafted Shoes Collection: A flat shipping fee of $60.00 USD is applied per order.
• Designer Shoes Collection: Free Shipping is automatically applied to all eligible items.

No hidden handling charges or additional delivery fees will be added at the time of purchase.

  • CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

All product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website are inclusive of any customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes. Customers will NOT be charged any additional custom fees upon delivery. We fully cover these charges to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience.

These are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local disruptions, or force majeure events.

5. Signature Requirement & Delivery Attempts

To enhance security and prevent loss, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, EMS will typically hold the package at a local postal facility for pickup for 7 days before returning it to sender.

6. Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order ships. Track shipments via Korea EMS tracking or your local postal service.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. If the customer cancels the order after return, refunds will be issued minus original shipping fees and any return costs incurred where applicable. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Korea EMS to investigate. If a claim is validated by the carrier, we may offer replacement or refund subject to carrier investigation results.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. Customers must ensure compliance with their country’s import laws.
